Samala Hotel Bangkok

1. They upgraded our room without us having to ask. They did it themselves. Gave us a lovely bathtub room. Absolutely astonishing behaviour. 2. They were warm and welcoming all the time. All I needed was some rude staff. But no. I couldn’t even book a grab taxi for the airport because they already arranged for one proactively. Terrible experience. 3. They are located absolutely perfectly forcing me to comfortably walk to wherever i had to go, keeping me fit and active. Ugh. I hate that. 4. Their facilities are well maintained and would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to have a good time at their hotel.

The hotel and room was better than pictured. They upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious, updated, clean and very comfortable. The location was amazing as was the service from the staff. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the pool was a bit disappointing compared to other hotel pools we have stayed at in Bangkok. But overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Shamla Hotel during my trip to Bangkok. Clean rooms, good air conditioning, and helpful staff. The location is great for Muslim travelers with halal food nearby. Only thing missing was an elevator, but overall, good value for the price.
