Dear Hotel Management I visited your hotel on August 5, 2024, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with your front office staff. The person at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. He behaved as if he was the owner of the hotel, displaying an attitude that is entirely unsuitable for a customer service role. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I believe this individual is not fit for a job that requires interaction with guests. I hope you will take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
Crooks. They took half a day because I spent less than an hour. The room was noisy because of the bad air conditioning unit whips and filth in all parts of the room. Even the receptionist broke up the deal
