Samba Vallarta All Inclusive

Pros: very kid friendly, amazing staff. Decent food. Stage too small for large production shows but entertainers were excellent esp the fire performance and magician. Smaller place, less crowded so basically fewer lineups and always able to find a good spot on the beach. Extremely clean and well maintained. Grounds and pool area are nice & staff are constantly cleaning. Cons: facilities are older. Building looks run down & needs a new roof. Less areas to walk around and explore as it's a smaller resort. A few smells in the stairway and by the bathroom/beach area. One elevator wasn't operating while we were there. We had an issue with neighbors in an adjoining room playing music too loud. They did finally move us to another room and helped us move our stuff but I felt the hotel should have dealt with the people who were causing the issue In the first place. It's possible they did after we moved rooms. Overall a relaxing vacation and great stay. Would return next time we need a budget vacation .

We just got back from Samba, my whole family had a blast. My kids loved the pool and the ocean. The service was fantastic, the food was decent. Theres lots of outdoor chairs and beds so we always had a spot to sit by the pool.We saw 2 shows, a comedy show and fire dancing, both were amazing. The fire dancers are so incredibly talented. The only downside was I didnt like how loud it was until midnight-2am. We asked to move rooms and it didn't help. I picked this place because it is a family resort and I was hoping for a little less night life. I am up very early with kiddos so I didnt get a lot of sleep throughout the trip which was a real bummer because we really love this resort. It is a great resort if you are okay with late partying. I would definitely go back to this resort though. It was a lot of fun overall!

When we arrived we weren’t sure as we have never stayed at such a small resort. The rooms weren’t the ritz but they were definitely fine. The bathroom has the smell of sewage but I realized there are no pee traps on the sinks so if you keep the plug in until you use the sink it really improves the smell. The staff were great! Drinks were great! The food was pretty good just not quite as much selection as a bigger resort but much shorter lines. My wife and I stayed at the ocean and my 11 year old stayed up at the pool as he is a social butterfly and we never worried about him. Although we did check on him here and there. The evening entertainment area was small with uncomfortable seats but the shows were fantastic! In the end we really enjoyed this resort! It was also having construction done so I would be curious to see it when it’s done.
