Absolutely gorgeous property only 100 usd deposit is required and in many vacation rental properties is the usual for security reasons. I spent a lovely time with my family at the roof watching the sunset very close to downtown and grocery supermarket and 10 min driving to the beach totally recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful
AMAZING ! - What a beautiful condo and so close to everything by bike. Just a few min from the beach and the vibe of the place was great. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a vacation in Tulum
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. What they don't tell you is that they demand a $300 US damage deposit upon check in. They also charge you for excess electricity usage, but you don't know what "excess" is. They also "reserve the right" to move you to another property within 7 days of your arrival. These are onerous conditions over which you have no control.
