The San Bernardo 19 apartments are great. Downtown. Next to the Plaza de España parking lot. Equipped with everything you need to travel with a family (in our case with three children). Clean. We were assisted by Patricia, whom we thank for her treatment, as she has been attentive the entire time, from the reservation to the return of the deposit. Smoking is not allowed in them. Magnificent. Pets are also not allowed, which is rare today, when in so many places they want us to live with (like) dogs.

Bad experience. They send you a lot of checking emails. You do it, they send you again, they ask for your information by another email. I arrived on the day and I didn't have the instructions because it wasn't paid for, even though I did it through a reservation platform, and I don't know if they charge it from there or not. I called and Viviana treated me terribly. I had to pay at the door, raining, tired, instead of giving me instructions and letting me in. If they have ALL my card details, there is no chance I won't pay... but they treated me BADly. I booked through book... about 10 places a month ago, and you think I KNOW? When the client doesn't know something, it could be that they are stupid, or that the information process is not very good, well, nothing, it's just that I'm stupid... When there is a problem, misunderstanding or conflict, you have to understand the client and help them solve the problem. Well, Viviana is one of those people who doesn't do it like that, she reiterates her reason. That in the emails there was a link to pay xD. 4 or 5 repeated checking emails, with the subject checking, with the summary of the purchase, and in one of them a pay link. I make about 90 overnight stays a year, and the management of this one is the WORST. The apartment is normal, but the bad time I had on arrival doesn't make up for it. They should improve the checking, purchasing and instructions process. On the other hand, the entry system is to leave your cell phone near the door. It was so hard that the lock would open, and you would push and it wouldn't open. Same thing, day of arrival, tired, nervous about the situation. PUT A SIGN INDICATING HOW TO DO IT. that you have to push hard. In short, he will never return.

Terrible from start to finish. First of all, the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, even though it's a 200 euro a night apartment. We slept with the windows open, because I think we were bitten by about 20 mosquitoes. If you're not going to put air conditioning in, then equip the apartment so people can have a comfortable stay. Not to mention the dizziness they caused us with the parking. They're supposed to have parking for 16 euros. LIE. I'll explain it to you, we call, they give us directions, and we park. When we start leaving, there's no way out. It turns out you have to go through a hotel they own every time you want to move your car (obviously no one had told us this, and look, I called EXCLUSIVELY to get the parking information). But wait, it doesn't end there; at night, there were no spaces in their hotel spaces, and we had to park downstairs. Well, it was a total "find a way." We paid €15.55 for half a day (from 11 p.m. to 10 a.m.). In short, a complete disaster. I don't recommend it at all. No one bothers to let you know about anything; you have to keep calling, and on top of that, they don't solve any problems. We didn't sleep at all last night; anyone you tell that to won't believe it. I've already said it's hot because we sleep with the windows open, and last night it rained. Well, suddenly our bed was full of water (the windows were above the bed), and the whole room was full of mosquitoes. So, at 6:45 a.m., we couldn't sleep anymore because it was impossible. We packed up and left.
