San Firenze Suites & Spa

This is a wonderful hotel and we had a really nice stay here. It was late June/early July, so temps were high in Florence. San Firenze Suites and Spa ensures everything is working perfectly, including cold AC, hot showers, and very comfortable beds. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located to restaurants, retail shops, piazzas, and the Duomo, all within walking distance. Rooms are large, spacious, very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The staff is extremely gracious, helpful, and friendly. Upon check-in, we were notified that one of our rooms was upgraded to a suite, complimentary. The suite was gorgeous including a large jacuzzi tub, and large seating area, beautifully decorated. Having the option of breakfast on site each morning was really nice as well. Lots to choose from for breakfast, including smoked salmon, eggs, fresh fruits and juices, pastries, etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We just got back from a fabulous stay at San Firenze. The rooms were the most spacious of any of the hotels on our trip, and the rooms were beautiful. Location is excellent but best of all was the staff. They addressed all of our needs with smiles on their faces. It is so heart warming that there are still people in the service industry that care.

This lovely hotel is located within walking distance of all the major attractions in Florence. The room was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It felt more like a comfortable bedroom with en suite than a hotel room. The staff was welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Matt and Gina who helped us at check in and check out. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra steps taken to provide us with an incredible vegan breakfast during our stay. Usually, we are offered fruit and toast, but this hotel went above and beyond with fruits, vegetables, beans, yogurt, breakfast patties, and delicious pastries. Thank you to all of the staff who helped make this stay in Florence a memorable one!
