A treasure of a place. Exposed beamed rooms high on the hill with unbroken views of the sunset across the Mediterranean. Charming rocky path down to a small pebble beach, unspoiled by umbrellas. Perfect for a dip before breakfast. Breakfast was simple and delightful It's also possible to walk the short distance into Agropoli for dinner. Staff were smashing- thoughtful, funny and kind. Private parking is very convenient, although the entrance is slightly further to the west of the resort entrance. Highly recommend this place

The place is a bit old and could use some upgrades but the location is great. Can hike down to the beach. Parking is abundant and free. Easy walk into the centro. A very good base camp if you are driving and seeing bufala farms and beaches. Again furniture a bit dated but AC and shower worked well. Room was large enough to lay out a couple of big suit cases. Views of the coast are unbeatable. Similar views off amalfi, positano, or sorrento would cost 4 x as much. Return trips to the Med will always be to the Cilento coast and not to the Amalfi coast. So much better value and so much more relaxing on Cilento. Most notable are the people. Super nice girls cleaning, serving, helping. Really treated us like VIP's and made out time around the resort enjoyable. I'll take that any day over new furniture!

Absolutely great hotel. Its position gives great views of the harbour and seascape. It is on a promontory jutting out into the sea. A converted monastery, with all the modern fittings whilst maintaining the character. Staff were exceptionally accommodating, nothing too much trouble, food and service excellent. Plenty of parking in a private car park, with electric gates. About a kilometer from the village center. but very detached from the noise/activity. Breakfasts were exceptionally good, amazing range, including home made pastries. The dinners were very good, eating inside a beautiful dining room or in a larger external room with an open air veranda. I cannot find any fault with this hotel and would welcome staying again.
