The room was overall nice and functional. Bathroom was a bit tight lots of unused space and the lighting was a bit dim. If they expanded the bathroom and had a door to the bedroom area, it would be 5 Star! Staff and location are fantastic.

The hotel was very comfortable and is in a great location. The street people in the area are rough though I felt very safe in the hotel. My only real complaint is that the hotel charges a mandatory “resort fee” though doesn’t really have resort amenities. They do offer credits to use in their market with products marked up in price over 400%. It is convenient though. Unfortunately the M club was closed though they did offer free breakfast which was delicious many options of tasty food. I had plenty of smoked salmon with all the accoutrements. Though the lounge atmosphere and available snacks at other times of day could have been better. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my next trip to San Francisco.

We flew over 16 hours expecting a relaxing and comfortable stay, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. We paid $130 extra per night to upgrade our room, but were placed at the end of a long corridor with no real windows view and the restroom has no proper ventilation— not what we expected for the upgrade price. Room service was unreliable. I requested an item, was told it would be delivered, but it never arrived. The blackout curtains didn’t block the morning sun properly, which made it difficult to rest. No complimentary bottled water was provided during the stay — something I’ve received at nearly every hotel I’ve visited worldwide. The vacuum used during cleaning was extremely loud and seemed to be broken. Additionally, the breakfast is for 2 persons so we were surprised by the $64 per day charge to include our 8-year-old child in the breakfast buffet — quite high price for a basic breakfast. On the positive side, the hotel's location is convenient, especially if you're attending a conference at the Moscone Center. The concierge team was also very helpful and welcoming. For me and my family, we will not come her again and we will make sure our family and friends will not go through this experience. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope it helps improve the experience for future guests.
