San Francisco Marriott Union Square

My recent stay at the San Francisco Marriott Union Square was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment you see its impressive, classic facade rising above the bustling city streets, you know you're in for a special experience. The location is simply unbeatable for anyone looking to explore the city. You are perfectly positioned in the vibrant heart of San Francisco, just steps away from the high-end shopping of Union Square, fantastic restaurants, and theaters. Seeing the iconic cable cars running right nearby truly puts you in the center of all the action. The high standards continued inside. My room was a perfect urban sanctuary—immaculately clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. It was the ideal space to relax and recharge after a full day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. The service was great from start to finish. Every member of the staff was good—genuinely warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel welcome and valued throughout my entire stay. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, the service to detail was very attentive. My status was acknowledged graciously at check-in, and the team went the extra mile to ensure my stay was seamless and personalized. It's clear they take great pride in recognizing and rewarding their loyal guests. I can't recommend the San Francisco Marriott Union Square enough. It delivers on all fronts: a prime location, pristine accommodations, and truly exceptional service. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the city!

Nice hotel. The bellboys were very friendly and helpful. Security standing in front of door. Good location for my first time in the city. Close to bars and restaurants, Walgreens is across the street. Felt very safe!

The rooms here at this Marriott is a better than the most Marriott hotels I’ve been to. Spacious room with decent interior! We just didn’t enjoy the weak water pressure, showerdoor sliding while taking shower, hairs in the drawers (not just one but in several drawers) and dusty tables. Need to do a better job of cleaning. Otherwise, satisfied with my stay! Highly suggest you get your own coffee unless you drink it with sugar and milk.
