My husband and I stayed at Hotel San Giorgio for 17 nights starting from March 26, 2025. The hotel is centrally located, right next to two charming spa parks with mineral water. Our superior room was cozy, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Housekeeping was done daily, thoroughly and discreetly — always while we were out, which we greatly appreciated. We opted for the half-board option in advance and were very happy with that decision. The lunches and dinners, chosen from a menu, reflected the best of fine Italian cuisine. The spa impressed us with its generous size and variety of massage features. The only downside was that it became a bit hard to access on weekends due to its popularity — which, frankly, says a lot about its quality. But the real reason I wanted to write this review is the truly exceptional kindness and attentiveness we experienced from every single member of the hotel staff. Whether it was heartfelt sincerity or outstanding professionalism doesn’t really matter — what matters is that we genuinely felt at home. We’re grateful for our time here and already looking forward to coming back.
Cute little hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. The biggest con is that there are no ACs in the hallway and the ACs in the rooms are not powerful. We stayed there in June and it was the biggest downfall for us considering it was very hot outside.
2 star just for Spa,that’s it.Rooms - AC old minimal 40 years, crazy sound came out from AC and bathroom…When you are big man you have no chance to get xxl Bathroom clothes.3 times I asked and 3 time I got answer yes no problem and 3 times xl…its disappointing… Staff for breakfast - professional and kind just for Italians people…speaking just Italian and a little bit English. In 4 star hotel???Breakfast just basic, nothing interesting for tourists who knows breakfast in another countries.Bacon, scrambled eggs unprofessionally prepared, ham after 9 o’clock bad smelling…just prosciutto was ok.Im 53 old headcheff from 4 stars and 5 stars hotel around the World so I know what I talking about.Staff for rooms cleaning need more knowledge about when they one time knock and than immediately open the door, that’s bad and rude. Just 2 guys on the reception was good and friendly.Thats it all. I’m sorry but no more time… My advice is,kick the head manager immediately out and pay good many to professional. Good luck
