Clean hotel with a great staff. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Best value. Restaurant serves great food. At night very romantic with great hilltop view of Culiacán. Swimming pool makes it extra nice with the hot weather in Culiacan. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Can't say enough great things about this hotel.

Service attention is excellent from personnel but front desk. Reception need to train better the staff in order make guests welcomed. Restaurant service can be improved, starting for not having dead flowers on the tables Vases. The AC system needs an upgrade, city is very hot, temperatures can reach high levels and having a nice cool. Room is a nice perk.

I just arrived here and already want to go!! terrible mistake to book this hotel. It is very old, the room looks dirty and the bathroom like a prison bathroom, don’t be fooled by the pictures online. The restaurant has a nice view and that’s all. I ordered a pizza and it took them 1 hour to prepare it. Also the woman at the restaurant is just sitting there doing nothing watching her cellphone in a very loud volume.
