Had a FANTASTIC stay. Our host went above and beyond- we were met at the water taxi and walked to the suite, we had a thoughough walk-through of everything we needed to know, they gave great recommendations for local places and some good tips for in the city & were available for any questions we had while we stayed. The suite was clean, and comfortable, and the location was so great to be in the city, close to the water taxi, and still on a quiet street at night.

Forget getting a hotel...Live in Venice in this wonderful selection of rooms that are 3 minutes from a wide variety of cafes and restos. The spaces are quiet, calm, relaxing and connected.... away from the bustle of tourists but still close to all - especially the Vaporetto. Food choices around here are varied in budget and tastes. It is the perfect place for your vacation!!! Francesca is super helpful - even when I had an emergency at 5 am... she was available. I rate it 100-10!

Do Not Book Directly! Use Booking.com Instead! We planned to visit Venice in October 2024 but never got to stay here. Before our trip, we contracted Covid and needed to reschedule. When booking, Francesca convinced us to book directly with her instead of using Booking.com, promising the same flexible conditions but at a lower price. It seemed like a great deal at the time. However, when we needed to reschedule, Francesca suddenly imposed a new policy, claiming that changes or cancellations had to be made at least five days in advance—something that was never mentioned before. On Booking.com, the listing stated that rescheduling was flexible if plans changed (screenshots attached). We felt completely scammed. If you plan to stay here, do not book directly, use Booking.com—or better yet, stay somewhere else where they treat guests fairly.
