United airlines booking for me during flight issues
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean. The room was small and the bed was very uncomfortable. I had a view of the neighbor's laundry being hung out to dry and the neighborhood is not safe to walk in after dark. Buffet breakfast was okay. Coffee was terrible. I wouldn't stay here again.
By far, this is the worst "hotel" I had stayed at, after visiting multiple countries and continents, but Australia. Staying for 7 days, rented two rooms, after first night found that teams (teenagers' special needs - approx 80) were staying at the same for some games in the city. We weren't informed upon arrival of this particular situation. 3 days after Friday night, the cafeteria (second floor)was converted into a disco where all the different teams were celebrating. The music was so loud that you could hear it like they had the music equipment at your room door. Our rooms were located on the 4th floor. I complained to the admin and she became angry.... anyways, no good hotel to stay. Noticed that I considered this a management issue, and no the fault of the staff., since they not approved sign this type of activities... believe me, it is a no-no hotel to stay
