Located just next to Vatican walls, it was a perfect base for our Rome trip. Close to the bus & metro. Room was very nice with a charming balcony to sit on. Very clean & the staff was amazing, especially Rafael. Thank you for having us and hope to see you soon!
The accommodation is located near the Vatican. A bus stop is about a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. We stayed for one night. Access wasn’t smooth. The box, in which the key to the front door was inserted, didn’t open easily. We suffered for 30 minutes to open it. The area is quiet. The room was small, at first glance it looked clean and tidy, only the next day I noticed that the pillow we slept on was stained with mould. Overall, the hygiene in this establishment is not up to Italian standards and we are very dissatisfied, especially because of this.
I had a terrible experience at this place. Firstly, this is not a hotel—it’s more like a guesthouse hidden in a residential area. The location is completely inconvenient especially if I’m mainly using public transportation, with no restaurants, supermarkets, or sightseeing spots nearby. It feels isolated and not worth the money or time spent. To make matters worse, there’s no lift. I had to carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor via old, narrow stairs, which was exhausting and unacceptable. If you plan to go out, good luck, because you’ll have to climb up and down those stairs every single time. Very inconvenient for elderly. Overall, it’s poorly located. Room is cosy and modern, however it doesn’t provide the basic amenities you’d expect from a proper hotel. I strongly do not recommend staying here—I had to cancel and give my money up due to unnecessary hassle. But it turns out, I couldn’t cancel at all.
