My sister and I had the most wonderful stay at the San Premium hotel. The service is second to none and we have never met friendlier staff before. They went above and beyond for us and they made our stay very enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to everything!! The beds are also comfortable and the breakfast is good too. A special thank you to Mike, Aimee and Julie who were superb!!
We (my adult daughter and l) had a 5 night stay here in a twin room, and I really enjoyed the hotel and its location. Mid range $ per night. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Concierge/front desk available 24 hours. The breakfast was extensive & delicious. The rooms were quiet, and the beds were your typical harder style but good. Great location, close to train street. Approx 1 km easy walk from the lake & Old Quarter. I'd book here again.
Everything about this place was incredible! The staff, including William, Emily and Mike are all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and big. Breakfast and service was immaculate. They even helped us with our taxi at the end and waved us goodbye. Would definitely stay again if in Hanoi.
