Truly Exceptional Hospitality! I just had the most incredible experience at a local hotel in Pisa, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you all! As someone who typically stays in global chain hotels for their safety, ethics, and facilities, I was curious to see what the buzz was about this charming boutique hotel with outstanding reviews. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a little slice of heaven. The warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff were truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness, providing a level of service I’ve rarely encountered, even in the finest global hotels. If I could give them a rating, it would be a resounding 10 out of 5! The atmosphere, the delightful people, and the delicious food all combined to create an unforgettable experience. Even if you’re accustomed to the luxury of five-star hotels, this boutique gem exceeds expectations in every way ( Just room AC correction required ). Our stay in this hotel (24.07. -27.07.) was wonderful, the Breakfast was fantastic. The ambiente was cool, fresh and beautiful 🫶🏽 All the staff members were very friendly and helpfully to us. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. Especially the young reception guy (i don't know his name), was really friendly, make a very good job and have always a smile in his face, please never lose your smile...Grazie🤗

It took an hour for us to walk to the leaning tower of Pisa, a nice walk along the river. The hotel bar and restaurant were very good. Our car has broken down and they kindly let us check in early as we were stuck with our luggage after the car was recovered.
