Was there for a wedding. The venue was perfect, if not beautiful.

Expect a very dated hotel with original decor from probably 30 years ago. General maintenance has been lacking in several areas. Food was ok but the service was very slow. If you don't speak Portuguese good luck.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Conditions & Overbooking Issues I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very frustrating experience. It was clear that they were not prepared for the number of guests staying during our visit, likely due to a convention and a wedding happening at the same time. It seemed like they overbooked and placed guests in rooms that were not in proper condition. My room had a broken window, which was never fixed, despite multiple complaints. A friend who was also staying at the hotel had an air conditioning unit that was leaking, and again, nothing was done about it. My own AC didn’t work properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The worst part was the room locks—I kept getting locked out of my room because the locks were faulty. When I brought this up to the staff, I was told they were “vintage,” which is no excuse for malfunctioning locks. I don’t understand how a hotel can allow guests to deal with such an issue. We repeatedly complained about the room conditions, but the staff did not take action. It felt like they had never handled a full-capacity crowd before and were completely overwhelmed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again unless major improvements were made. Definitely not worth the price
