Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel San Régis in Paris. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Joseph and George were especially outstanding—available around the clock, incredibly professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully situated in a central location, making it easy to walk to top sights, shops, and cafes. It felt luxurious without being overdone. Everything about our experience was warm, welcoming, and seamless. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

"My stay at the San Régis Hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly and efficient staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly escorted to my room. The room itself was immaculate, with a comfortable bed, modern decor, and a stunning view .The amenities were top-notch,. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!"

My husband and I recently spent six nights at the San Régis Paris for our babymoon and, unfortunately, the overall experience fell flat. We were incredibly excited about our stay, but for the price per night, we expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Having stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, the contrast in service and hospitality was stark. Upon arrival, we were passed between check-in staff and told to sit in the lobby with no clear timeline for our room. After 30 minutes unattended, someone approached us—only to realize we were not who they thought we were. While continuing to wait, we were never offered refreshments or directed to restrooms—a small but meaningful oversight after a 24-hour travel day. The room itself was charming, but had issues. The bathroom sconces were crooked and loose, the shower door leaked water onto the floor, and most concerning, the ceiling vent FELL on my head while I was blow-drying my hair. Service throughout the stay continued to disappoint. Doormen were rarely present when needed—my husband carried three large suitcases down the stairs and through the front door before anyone offered assistance. Front desk staff often appeared disengaged, more focused on chatting amongst themselves than greeting guests. While our stay wasn’t terrible, it certainly wasn’t up to the standard we expect from a hotel of this caliber and price point. We had hoped for a more refined and attentive experience. If you are looking for a luxurious five-star accommodation in Paris, there are better options.
