Stayed at this wonderful hotel twice in 2019 and in 2023. Kids loved it, fun packed activities on an hourly basis but most of the information is in mandrain and the staff speak mostly mandrain as well but they will always try to help u out. We stayed in a family room with a large bathroom for the kids to use. Free airport shuttle to and from airport on a daily and hour basis.
Really nice stay here. Be warned - there are a lot of kids as it's a family focussed resort - however, this was limited to our time outside. Indoors, we seldom heard anything from any other guests. Food is good from the various restaurants on premises. (Hainan hut is the worst tho). Room was very clean and spacious with a really nice bathroom. Comfortable bed, and nice service aside from a loooong check in time. Direct access to beach from hotel.
Great family hotel. The rooms are not new, the contents of the rooms are good (soap, paste, shampoos, slippers, bathrobes, everything is there). Nice pools for children. Large territory, children's playground, mini zoo, mini water park for children. The intrusive children's machines (paid) are irritating; it's impossible to pass by with a small one, it's good while it's small and you can throw noodles into your ears, which doesn't work)) but not always. The first coastline, the beach is wide and clean, the sand is pleasant, sunbeds in the shade of trees. The sea is simply gorgeous!!!! There is a problem with swimming; the lifeguards of this hotel did not allow us into the water due to strong excitement in their understanding. But if you move beyond an invisible line into the territory of a neighboring hotel you can go swimming, it really infuriated you. The hotel itself is well located in the bay, there are a lot of cafes nearby, there are shops and a public transport stop. You can get to the city center for 7 yuan by bus number 25. Our plastic and contactless payments are not accepted. Only Ali-Pay and Vechat-Pay or cash. Second time in Sanya, if I go again it will only be to this bay.
