We had a lovely stay here. We used the spa which was really nice. Lunch at the hotels restaurant was divine. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The only downside is that there are no walk in showers. All the rooms have bathtubs.
Nice hotel in a commercial area of Lisbon, mostly catering to business, couples, families. Very busy, still walkable to shops and restaurants. Room was nice and clean, bed comfortable, big bathtub, no pool but I enjoyed the small jacuzzzi and steam room & sauna, but it’s small so if there are other people using the facilities, will seem crowded call ahead. They will bring you robe and slippers. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, variety was decent. Solid 4 star hotel. Would stay again
Stayed in this hotel as a birthday celebration and was very impressed with the cake and champagne! The food was good and the restaurant was beautiful. Location is within Lisbon but required travel to get to the centre. Front desk service was mixed depending on the person manning it. Our checking in experience wasn't very warm or friendly although we were excited to check in after a very long travel. Overall good stay!
