Sanae' Hotel Nimman

One of my favourite hotels that I’ve stayed at. Comfortable rooms with good views. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but you get to choose from set menu options. I kinda prefer it this way because you end up eating exactly how much you need instead of loading up. Both local and western dishes available. The location is pretty great. Con: The only con is that they could do a better job of pest control because we did notice a cockroach.

Wonderful stay – warm hospitality and spacious rooms From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were offered a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. They even carried our luggage to the room and took off their shoes — such respectful and thoughtful service is not something you see everywhere, and we truly appreciated it. We extended our stay for several more days, which was handled smoothly, and we even received a small discount for the continued booking — another kind gesture. We stayed in a room with a window and balcony and were very satisfied. The space was large and felt more like a small apartment, with a nice separation between the bedroom and the living/dining area. The room was clean, the cleaning staff always came at a good time, and they were very friendly. There were two air conditioners that worked perfectly, plenty of lighting, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is located just 1–2 minutes from Nimmanahaeminda Road, so everything is close by, yet it’s quiet and peaceful — perfect for rest. Now to three small downsides: 1. The Wi-Fi was rather weak, so we mostly used mobile data. 2. The breakfast had no plant-based (vegan) options — only vegetarian ones like muesli — so I chose to eat outside the hotel. However, the breakfast staff was always very kind and attentive. 3. The pool was out of service, which we didn’t know before booking, and it wasn’t mentioned when we arrived. Maybe we overlooked a note during booking, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. Despite these points, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The overall experience and staff friendliness made it a very comfortable and welcoming place.

This was a great place. We got upgraded to a larger suite and it was fantastic. We didn't do too much around the hotel, but the pool looked nice and the breakfast was great. Very spacious and clean room. Location was fun with lots to do around the area (Great restaurants, bars, etc walking distance).
