Sanatoriy Istok

We stayed at the Yessentuki Istochnik sanatorium from 07/03/25 to 07/10/25. We really liked the sanatorium. I'll start with the location: it's located almost in the city center, with various markets, restaurants and shops nearby, but at the same time it's not on a noisy street, so you can rest peacefully at night without loud music. Literally a five-minute walk away is a magnificent huge park with a mud bath and a pump room. The sanatorium's territory is not very large, but well-kept, with a pleasant summer veranda. The sanatorium has its own pump room, as well as a phytobar, a spa center and a gorgeous swimming pool with a panoramic ceiling. The services and treatment are very good. The rooms are new and comfortable, I'd like to pay special attention to the beds - they are magical. We stayed in a standard room and it was very spacious, the bathroom was even very nice. Daily cleaning was around 9 am, and this is good, because usually the first procedures begin at this time. But the food in the main restaurant was a particular delight - it was something fantastic. The choice is not very large, but everything is incredibly delicious, everyone can find something to their taste. This sanatorium allows you to understand that healthy nutrition is not always dry and tasteless. Each dish wanted to be savored and enjoyed. Special respect to the cooks. I would also like to mention that every day for dessert they gave various berries in unlimited quantities. Nuts and dried fruits were of very good quality. The only small minus that we found was a cold heated towel rail in the summer. And although the bathroom has ropes, there may be problems with drying things after washing. Otherwise, the sanatorium is simply wonderful, I think we will not come back here more than once.

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent organization of the meals. Very tasty, varied. As in the best restaurants of Moscow and St. Petersburg. Special thanks to the attending physician Asiyat Karimazova. A very good specialist, friendly and caring. All the medical staff of the sanatorium are very friendly and attentive. Many thanks to the management of the sanatorium.
