We stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved it! It was very clean and chic, with a stylish vibe throughout. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and the showers were great—modern and relaxing. The only downside was the pillows; they were way too fluffy and didn’t flatten out, which left my neck sore in the morning. Also, like other reviews mentioned, you can hear the rooftop music from the rooms, but it does end at 11 PM, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
Stayed a second time at this hotel for work- Celeste made the check in process a joy. The beds are comfortable and I didn’t have issues with the music from the rooftop (i was directly below). I would say the rooftop is the weakest point for this hotel- you can’t really work on your laptop up there and the menu options are severely limited. The drink price vs pour ratio is off- 2 margaritas were pretty weak. Another issue i had was with the room’s desk chair- it made my lower back hurt after working from my room all night. I really enjoyed the AC machine and the choice of bathroom amenities. It’s nice to see a hotel room with USB-C connections. Although I really enjoy this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who works late/long hours. The staff are the best thing about this place for me- everyone in the lobby, kitchen, and rooftop were so nice.
Highly recommend to book elsewhere. Recently stayed here and you can’t sleep a wink with how loud the music is. Warning to light sleepers, you’ll have to cancel out the noise by turning on the tv. On top of that, parking becomes difficult if you want to park in the front of the hotel once the restaurant opens and valet starts. Lastly, the customer service is horrendous. Was misquoted by an employee from front desk via the Hilton app - chat, and a phone call confirmation for an extension of stay. Upon trying to extend at front desk, the front desk manager provided a different price, we informed the front desk manager of the quoted price and evidence of conversation, who recommended to wait until the staff member returned from break to discuss. Turns out staff provided an incorrect price and the hotel wouldn’t honor it per front desk manager. To finish it off, our stay ended with our key cards not functioning and the extreme difficulty of checking out. The front desk manager said the elevators were broken however a staff member came over and said they were able to use their key card fine, including other guests. Had to be escorted by staff to allow us access to use the elevator, and to get back into our room, which in turn made checking out extremely difficult with no active key card. Do yourself a favor and please book elsewhere. Hilton’s 100% Hampton guarantee was no where in sight at this location
