Sanctuary Hotel New York

The location was great and definitely exceeded our expectations. Time square and Broadway were only minutes walk away. The room was clean and cute. The staff were friendly and helpful. We needed a place to rest well after a long flight and see the sights before our cruise. Sanctuary hotel was perfect! We rested well and saw many sights. The front desk recommended a pizza place that was phenomenal. The hotel had complimentary breakfast and was food. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again if we ever come back to New York.

Awesome hotel and really helpful staff, they can't do enough for you whether that is hotel related or advice on places etc out and about. The location can't be better....you are only a couple of blocks from Rockefeller and top of the tower, literally around the corner from time square and hop on hop off services for tours etc.....even being that close the noise and hype is not too much that you can't truly relax. Haven rooftop had great food and value for money. The only critic I could say would be from what I can see their are no rooms with a bath to rest properly from a long day....but the shower facilities etc more than make up for it. I would easily stay here again.

My friends and I stayed for 8 nights and it was wonderful. Perfect location right in the middle of time square. House keeping did a great job with keeping the room clean. We were offer an extra bed as the room was only for 2 and was 3 of us, we really appreciate that thank you. The reception staff, door guys and the guys who sorts our bags were all friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Eddie, we really appreciate all you did for us to make our stay the best ever. A person like you is who should be the face of hotels. Our stay was 10/10 PS: Please include protein in the breakfast 😀
