Sanctuary Swala Camp is one of my favorite lodgings on our vacation. Cindy and her staff made one want for nothing. Cindy’s pride and excitement about Swala and wanting to make our experience the best possible; really set the tone for an amazing memorable stay. I bought several embroidered tea towels. She confessed she’s bought many for gifts over the years. There were six of us (family) on a AK tour. The staff was lovely and really in tune with what guests wanted. The night game drive was incredible and is highly recommended. The tents are incredible and made the glamping experience A++. Sitting at the watering hole, watching the animals was a life experience I will always the remember.
Amazing place! The staff is very friendly and always happy to help you. The food was also amazing at every meal. The tents are very comfortable, and really it really feels like you are sleeping between the animals. Conclusion: Amazing!
Glamping at its best. One of my favorite camps out of the 3 we stayed at! The staff is so on it! Attentive, helpful, kind and overall aims to please and meet your needs. The outdoor shower was a surprising bonus for sure! I would love to return one day. I will say, its a bit further away than some of the other camps but you wont regret it later.
