Gorgeous property. This was my first visit to Sandals and I was blown away with the beauty of St. Vincent. I was here on a mission trip that was sponsored by Sandals Foundation and I have to say they have really outdone themselves. Food was fantastic, service was unmatched and I couldn’t have had a better time when I wasn’t working on our project. What a kind and generous company. We need more of these in the world. Thank you, Sandals for helping our group serve the people of Saint Vincent & the Grenadines and for giving us a wonderful place to stay.
This was my first sandals experience. I celebrated my 30th birthday. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I swam in the pools, went snorkeling, and indulged in a candlelit dinner on the beach. This resort is definitely for the grown, sexy, and sophisticated, so if you’re looking for a turn up vibe, this may not be a resort for you. I liked how they had activities planned on the resort so you really didn’t have to leave. The food options were top tier and the drinks were strong. I especially enjoyed soaking in the bath tub on the balcony of my room to close out the night. Everyone on the resort was so friendly. Customer service was excellent. I would definitely visit this resort again, but am looking forward to experiencing other sandals properties.
We just got back last week. Absolutely beautiful location. Food choices were great and the service inside the restaurants was 10/10. The only real problem was the service. SLOW! We had butler service and they were pretty bad. Completely ignored our anniversary despite announcing it on the app before arriving and telling our butler right when we arrived. They also failed to put in our reservation for Butch's so we didn't get to eat at the only restaurant that required a reservation. Other people were able to eat there 3 or 4 times during their stay. When we complained about slow service for drinks or fixing the AC in our room, we kept being told it was their down season and not fully staffed. But we surely weren't offered down season prices. Glad we went, won't go back. Secrets has surpassed Sandals.
