SandCastles Holiday #C9

Honestly I stayed here two years ago It was fabulous I was only meeting a friend this time. And saw others that I had previously met The place is still very very clean very quiet very nice It is nestled and it's own little community but out in one of the most walkable areas but when you're there because it's gated you don't even hear the rest of the world it is phenomenal pool is always clean the bar is always friendly buzzing with people talking very very nice!!;

The Ambiance was amazing as always, and my room was great. The check-in was a wait, wasn't happy about that. But all in all, it was a great stay.

Positives: Miss Pauline was fantastic - she was friendly and attentive - always checking we were ok or if we needed anything. Towels and bedding were changed - didn't expect the bed to be changed since we were only there for 6 nights. Comfortable pillows. Enjoyed having a kitchen so we could make our own breakfast. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and cookwear. Plenty of parking spaces. Perfect location. Negatives: Shower in B1 had no power and kept losing hot water - every night the shower was unsatisfactory. Only 7 sunbeds at the pool - not enough on at least 1 occasion. The Silver Sands restaurant at the complex didn't have prices on the international menu - it stopped us eating there.
