Sanderson London a Morgans Originals hotel

Every year, we stay at the same hotel, and I was really happy to see that the reception staff has changed. The previous team was quite aggressive, but the new young team is kind and helpful. There’s just one lady in the restaurant — hopefully we won’t see her next year, as her attitude doesn’t match the hotel’s standard. She’s very cold, especially in the mornings during breakfast, and her presence ruins the experience. Other than that, the team is excellent and the food is great.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Sanderson London for our anniversary, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had — not just in the UK, but in all of Europe. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Daniel, Ali, and Iqbal, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
