Sandia Resort And Casino

We stayed for a hot but beautiful July weekend. The room was fabulous. Super comfy bed, huge bathroom, 2 balconies! The fridge is teeny tiny, so don't pack too much refrigerated food. The casino was beautiful, with lots of options for slots and video poker. Very helpful staff, even when there was a power outage and had to get a voucher for my winnings. Delicious room service as well. The parking situation is pretty awful though. There is a lot of walking uphill in the sun to get to your car. The pool was pretty messy too. All in all, great stay and definitely recommended.

Stopped by while driving from Colorado to the airport nearby for a meal and a little gambling. Beautiful place with a nice view, didn't win any money but had a great meal of Mexican food while there. Employees were very helpful and nice. Will definitely be back to explore Albuquerque soon.

Hotel was nice. Casino was nice and food for the most part was really good. However at Council Room restaurant and bar the customer service was literally horrendous. We were a party of 15 and ate there many times. With a party this big it’s hard to bring people down at the same time so we had people come at various intervals and the staff was just very unhelpful in seating us. The staff talked about us to each other and it was so obvious because of the way different members would treat us and argue with us. These people could really take a lesson from customer service from the housekeeping folks.
