Our family recently stayed at the Sandman Signature Hotel Mississauga during our very first trip to Canada, and overall, it was a fantastic experience that we’ll always remember. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-equipped for families, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We did have an unpleasant experience with something that we felt was unacceptable during our stay. However, what truly stood out was how professionally and efficiently it was handled—thanks to Prince at the front desk. Prince went above and beyond to make things right. He took our concerns seriously, responded immediately, and did everything in his power to resolve the issue quickly. His calm, respectful, and solution-focused attitude made a huge difference and really restored our confidence in the hotel. As first-time visitors to Canada, having someone like Prince go out of his way to help meant the world to us. His dedication to excellent service is a major reason why we’d happily return. Thank you again to Prince and I would also like to mention Karen who assisted in anyway that she could and was a delight to deal with aswell. THANK YOU TO THE entire team for turning our family vacation into a truly positive experience. Highly recommended! TO THE G.M OF the Hotel please don't let these two go. They bring such a warmth and efficiency we have not experienced in other hotels.

First time staying at this location. We arrived early for check in, and waited in the lobby. There was lots of space and sitting in the lobby, and was very comfortable. The hotel is attached to a Denny's. After check-in went to our room and it was clean and beautiful. We had a little sitting area off the bedroom that had a sofa, comfy chair, TV, little bar with microwave and mini fridge. We had two queen size beds. Beds were comfy. Liked how there is soft and firm pillows to choose from. The people staying above us were pretty loud. It was way after 11pm and you can hear them talking, dropping stuff on the floor, and walking around. Guess the sound proofing could be a little better. Would stay here again. When parking in the front, just watch for the Denny's parking signs. There is parking that wraps around the building, and requires a little bit of walking.
