Great value for price paid - 60 pounds/night. Service - exceptional staff and cleaning. Simona at front desk and Emily in the gym were amazing. Very accommodative and helpful. Corridor did smell a bit funky the first night but solved by second night. Gym - on par with any normal gym and 10/10 for a hotel. Ton of new machines, squat racks, exercise bikes, large variety free weights. Sauna, 20m pool and steam room. Room - newly refurbished so clean and modern. Bed was amazing. My partner now wants this mattress. Parking - book directly through them over the phone and you get free parking! Repeats test - definitely on the repeat list Value 10/10

The hottest hotel! The rooms are absolutely baking with no airflow at all, a hotel of a this standard really should have air con. I’ve seen reviews where people had a fan but ours didn’t. The rooms are nice and clean, pool’s decent but the local gym goers get a bit marry when you’re not swimming lengths - is it a hotel pool or a gym pool? Probably a would be a great stay in the winter months when you want a warm room but it’s a struggle in the summer time.

My sister stayed in this hotel on 20th July 2025, whilst part of her visit from USA where she lives. She felt scared and intimidated by a number of very unfriendly males, who it transpired were asylum seekers. One male aggressively asking her who she was looking at, when in fact she was only walking through the hotel and not looking at anyone. The smell of cannabis was evident and it was an entirely unpleasant experience. Due to these males she felt uncomfortable to use the hotel facilities, including the pool. Being a lone female traveller, she sought help from the staff and was told the management would contact her. She received no contact and was basically ignored. A totally unsafe environment for females and the hotel should be ashamed of themselves for not safeguarding their guests. It's utterly disgusting. She would rate this zero, but it makes you score at least one.
