Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort

My room was just beside the pool and it was refreshing. I love that the hotel is minutes away from the airport with free shuttle service and very close to the designer outlet complex. The restaurants like Chops and Dennys serve both extreme purpose of luxury and practicality. Alfredo at the front desk made my check in quick and easy. Very friendly person. My friends who visited me for some drinks and chat was impressed by the hotel's quality. Highly recommended. Will surely come back to stay here either for business or holiday.

Due to not having a physical credit card, I contacted the hotel’s service line in advance, but unfortunately, the representative I spoke with over the phone was a bit rigid and left me feeling unnecessarily anxious. It was discouraging to be told there were no options and no flexibility—especially when I was just trying to ensure I had somewhere to sleep that night. Thankfully, once I arrived at the hotel, everything turned around. The front desk staff on-site were incredibly kind and understanding. They reassured me immediately, and with the help of my friend—who kindly provided her card for the damage deposit—everything was resolved smoothly and professionally. Their warm and solution-focused approach made a world of difference and truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I felt completely at ease throughout the night. I especially appreciated that I didn’t have to worry about anything once I was checked in—it was quiet, restful, and exactly what I needed. One feature that stood out to me was the pool area. It’s a very cool space with a lot of potential, and I’d love to see it developed even more in the future.
