Sandos Cancún All Inclusive Adults Only

My fiance and I came here for an early honeymoon (2 months before our actual wedding), and we had a great time! We had Lorenzo as our server throughout the different restaurants and bars in the hotel and he was fantastic, so kind! He kept up to date about how our trip was going, how each day had been, etc. what an absolute pleasure to know Lorenzo!!! Room service was great and always seemed surprised when we tipped, so make sure you tip these great people, they are all working so hard! The three pools were great because everyone spreads out nicely so it's never crowded. Don't ever miss the man with the violin at the pool during the day, he is amazing and his playing was so beautiful! Food in the buffet could definitely be better, but after figuring out the schedules we stuck to the buffet for breakfast, lunch at St. Trop and then dinner at the restaurants. Something to know though, this hotel has an Elite Membership where only the members get specific things: breakfast at St.Trop, access to wines at dinner, reserved cabanas and sun beds at the first and third pool, etc. Something to consider but definitely not something that hindered our stay. Overall a great hotel, not large so very relaxing and not crowded, good food selections although it could be better, but fantastic service all around. The staff really make this hotel amazing!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in my solo vacations… very friendly people, warm and hospitable, to name best of Ariel and Daniel during entertainment shows.. he’s the best!!! Gabby in concierge is very nice lady, staff in restaurants are amazingly kind..Frank in Seasons Restaurant…apology to other not mentioned, this place is worth to give more chances of coming back for another vacay. Mexican dinner and show was great thanks to emcee Ariel. In totality I love my stay here even for 4 nights, seems not enough. Highly recommended!!

This is a good adult-only resort. The pool area, bars, and restaurants are all enjoyable. While there are fewer drink options, they are still quite good. The food is also delicious, and the room service meets high standards. When we checked in, we mentioned that we were celebrating a special occasion, and they promised us a complimentary surprise. Unfortunately, they forgot about it, but after we asked, they did provide it the next day. If you plan to go out and book a trip during your stay, I would advise caution when dealing with the lady sitting near the main entrance. She tends to charge significantly more than what you can find elsewhere or online. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and there were plenty of activities to participate in day and night.
