Staff were fantastic. Emma the manager was very helpful, and all the catering staff (especially the grill master) were lovely and very friendly. However what made the trip for us was the entertainment, in particular Hugo , the head of entertainment. From leading the volleyball, to the painting and wine tasting to his evening quizzes, he was utterly utterly fantastic. Thank you so much for everything Hugo, we can't imagine our stay without you! We would definitely come again! Thanks everyone at the hotel!

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Ibiza! We went for the all-inclusive option and it was 100% worth it, huge variety of food and drinks available all day, with something for everyone. The beach was stunning and just steps away, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing. What really made our stay special was the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment team. A big shoutout to Fanni and Hugo who were absolutely fantastic, super fun, welcoming, and genuinely made the atmosphere feel special. A few small things could be improved: the Wi-Fi wasn’t great, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, making showers a bit tricky.
