We just returned from an unforgettable vacation at this spectacular hotel! The standout feature for us was undoubtedly the service; every single person we encountered radiated warmth and kindness, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We truly felt like cherished guests in every aspect. For families, this place is a dream come true, brimming with a multitude of activities that kept our children engaged and smiling throughout our stay. They had an absolute blast! The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, providing a cozy retreat after our fun-filled days. As for the dining experience, it was a feast for the senses! The buffet offered an impressive array of delectable options that catered to every palate, ensuring that no one left the table without satisfied taste buds. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a joyful and memorable getaway with loved ones.

Absolutely loved it here. We stayed royal elite. We had a jet bath, two rooms, a bar, two balcony's, royal elite terrace and bars. It was 24 hour all inclusive, great food options. Staff were polite and friendly. Got a chocolate on our beds at night. Great location if you rent a car and like things peaceful, which I do. I love Lanzarote and it's people. Pool areas cleaned daily. Beautiful reception and places to chill. Great shops in the hotel. Sea view. Just wonderful.

Really amazing holiday, the best one we have had so far! We are a young couple and enjoyed a both relaxing and busy holiday. The animation team are amazing and hardworking, they make everyone feel so included and honestly made our holiday. Solid entertainment a good variety. Great food selection especially the fusion restaurants they were incredible. Great bars and selection (we were not royal elite, maybe would next time if we came in school holidays.) 3 lovely pools which did get busier as half term started but still managed to get sun beds. The biggest thing was our flight wasn’t till 7pm and we weren’t able to get a late checkout. But instead were able to book a free room for half an hour to shower and refresh which made sure we had a full last day and didn’t cost us anything! The bar and restaurant staff were all so lovely even when it was busy, staff on reception were mainly nice a couple people could have been retrained on customer service but nothing major. Overall this holiday was amazing, we loved it from start to end and miss it already!
