⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Experience at Sandos Playacar! My experience at Sandos Playacar has been absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything was smooth, welcoming, and joyful. I especially want to highlight the restaurant lunch festival — it was one of the best parts of my stay! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was top-notch. A special thank you to Karen and Mirna, who truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm personalities made every meal feel extra special. Because of them, my stay has been not just relaxing, but genuinely joyful. Highly recommend Santos Playa for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with excellent service and unforgettable dining experiences!
Gourmex was absolutely incredible. The service was amazing, Valentina made our evening, and made us feel so special!! She recommended dishes and even different tequilas. I wish we could eat there every day! Brilliant, would definitely recommend xx
Came here for a wedding(which was beautiful. Their strong suit is definitely hosting weddings) However, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for pleasure. I’m really only giving this resort 2 stars because of the staff at Asiana and the people running the swim up bar at the Rivera Family Pool. The staff and hostess at Asiana were all very nice and very accommodating to our party of 16, when we showed up without a reservation because the front desk refused to answer the phone(we also tried booking through the website but it was not working). When attempting to make a reservation on the phone through guest services, we were on hold for 50 minutes and when confronted; the front desk said “I was probably in the bathroom or attending a guest”… for 50 minutes? On top of that, getting a hold of anyone on the phone is ridiculously difficult. Our rooms AC wasn’t working for most of the trip. Someone came and fixed it the first time, the second time, again, was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone. Also, I’m pretty sure there was mold in our room? Being someone who works in customer service, I can usually tell when employees look overwhelmed and it’s not the staffs fault; for a resort this large they absolutely need more staffing.The swim up bar at the main pool by the beach always closed earlier than they were supposed to or stopped serving alcohol wayyy before the closing time. Julio at the swim up bar at the Rivera Family Pool was super nice and attentive to everyone there. To have 20 different people selling memberships to the resort, but only a handful to actually tend to the guests staying at the resort, is just a horrible business practice.
