Sands Hotel and Spa

We had our wedding here this past weekend and where do I begin!!! Everything was absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous hotel that feels like an oasis the minute you walk through the lobby doors, to the incredible hotel staff who treated us like royalty, the delicious food from The Pink Cabana and just the ability to celebrate all weekend with other loved ones taking over the whole hotel starting with a pool party to kickoff the wedding weekend. What an amazing getaway in Indian Wells. We will be back every year for sure!

We had our best friends wedding here and rented out the whole hotel for a weekend. This was such a great venue, the way it’s set up with the pool in the middle and all rooms open to the pool was a perfect structure. I would love to go back here just to hang out again. The staff there, so nice and accommodating. Come lounge at the pool and you have to your chair service.

We love the Sands and have enjoyed meals at the Pink Cabana; it's such a cute place! However, we paid $250 for a cabana poolside yesterday. Someone from the hotel called us the day before our pool visit and told us there would be some mild landscape maintenance near our cabana, but that it wouldn't be very noticeable. Well, they were using gas-powered chainsaws to cut down a few palm trees directly behind our cabana. So, we did not even use the cabana because of the smell, the aggressive noise, and flying debris. They definitely need to refund our money. Everyone at the pool was upset because it was incredibly loud and the opposite of peaceful. Others mentioned that they were disgusted that we paid $250 for a cabana we couldn't even use. Such a bummer!
