We were here for Christmas 2015. Great hotel. The design with the old French castle stones at the reception is very special. The rooms are spacious, including the bathrooms. An additional advantage is the fact that the center of Kortrijk is a two to three-minute walk away, while the car could also be parked properly at the hotel.
Decent location, but we had a reprieve experience when we booked it for our wedding in 2013. They didn't respect the verbal agreements and made us cancel the reservation four months before our wedding date. It wasn't easy trying to find another location that close to the date. I wouldn't recommend booking any event here.
