Sandyport Beach Resort

We stayed here for our 4th year anniversary! everything was nice, kitchen was stocked with everything we need. My husband love the jacuzzi in the room, The shower was very relaxing. The view from our room, looking onto the lagoon was very calm and soothing. The resort is away from all of the traffic and crowd, it was like we was there by ourselves. We will definitely stay here again.

SandyPort Beach Resort was the perfect escape for our young family with toddlers! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ms. Pam at the front desk was an absolute angel—though our requested lower-level lagoon view room wasn’t available at check-in, she made sure we got it the very next day. Her kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for our stay. Basco at the Conch Shack was another standout—his drinks were always on point, and the food, especially the conch salad, was outstanding. I hated that we didn’t get to say goodbye to him, as he was off on our last day. The resort itself was ideal for families. The pool and slides were a hit with our kids, and the private beach—just a five-minute walk away—was never crowded. We always found beach chairs and umbrellas with no hassle. If you can, definitely book a lower-level lagoon suite; being able to step right onto the sand from our sliding door was a game-changer! Ignore the negative reviews—this place is great. Yes, it could use some updating, but that didn’t affect our experience at all. Plus, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be returning next year. Huge thanks to Pam and Basco for making our stay so special!

I had a fantastic stay at Sandyport Beach Resort during a recent work trip. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcome drink, which was a great touch after a long journey. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure everything was smooth throughout my stay. The resort itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, with 24/7 security on-site. The new buildings add a fresh and modern feel, while still keeping that relaxed, tropical vibe. There’s plenty of parking, which made it super convenient. The beaches are beautiful, perfect for unwinding after work, and the surrounding area has tons of restaurants and amenities, though all are paid options. Whether you’re looking for casual dining or something more upscale, there’s plenty of choice nearby. Overall, a great spot whether you’re traveling for work or leisure. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
