The service was the best service I’ve ever had. Coming from the America we don’t speak a lot of Spanish. But the front desk knew English. When my gf got sick they handled the situation better than any most by far. The location is great it’s a nice 7-9 min walk to the down store main strip. Highly highly recommend staying here. Oh the breakfast was also delicious and huge variety.
Amazing amazing resort in the beautiful town of Banos. The facilities, staff, food and location have made our stay truly magical. A huge thank you to the ownership and staff for making our group feel like VIP's during our stay :)
The overall structure is very nice. Reception area and breakfast area are large and clean. The rooms are very noisy and have an odor. The town itself stays very busy late into the night and starts back at 6 am due to the hot springs opening across the street. We found Sunday night more peaceful but Saturday too loud. We did not use the pool as very busy but seemed nice. Breakfast was fantastic! Highlight of the hotel.
