Sangulí Camping & Resort

It is one of the amazing places I've visited in a long time! This resort is exceptionally beautiful, stuff are professional, everything is clean, have EVERYTHING you need without even stepping outside the resort. My wife, myself and 2 kids (6 & 2 yo) enjoyed it a LOT. We spent 5 days, 4 nights and wishes we booked for more. I've been looking for such place in a long time, instead of traveling for a vacation, we can easily book there for 2 weeks or even more! Oh, We already booked for next year, can't wait to visit again 😄

We brought our Caravan, very tight to get into a spot if you don't have a motor mover. But the facilities were spotless in the camping area. Food is ok and priced on the expensive side for what it is. Entertainment is very good, pools are great. A site that is definitely aimed at younger kids 10yrs downwards.

Number 7 Bay Tent in the new African Bay area needs to come with a health warning. We were so disappointed with our stay in Sanguli this year. This is our 3rd visit to Sanguli and we absolutely love it there, however, we had the worse holiday we have ever had as a family staying in Number 7 Bay tent. We were so looking forward to staying in the tents as we are avid campers, but nothing could prepare us for the onslaught of noise that we had to endure staying here. Unfortunately, Sanguli have made massive error in judgement on the placement of the tents in this area. Number 7 and 8 are right on the main road. There were lorries, motorbikes and cars all zooming pass, all night the noise was absolutely horrendous, we had brought ear plugs as we are use to camping but they were of no help at all. It felt like you were sleeping on the side of the road. I complained that night and was told that I wasn't the only person that had made complaints about these tents. I spoke to another lady who was staying in another tent and she said that the noise was also horrendous but nowhere near as bad as the tent I was staying in as her friend had stayed there and she thought she would lose her mind. Which is exactly how I was feeling after staying here. When I made a complaint I was told that they had no other accommodation to move me to, but I could clearly see on there website that there was other accommodation they had. After many tears and arguing they eventually agreed to move us, 2 nights in Nuba, 2 nights in Bay tent 1 (which wasn't as noisy) and back to Nuba for 3 nights and they charged us for the pleasure of living out of our suitcases the whole holiday, which I was disgusted but I paid it as I could not stay in the tent any longer. Anyone that has booked the African Bay Tent make sure you are not staying in 7 or 8. Sanguli is very expensive as they state on their website they have premium accommodation no body should have to put up with the noise pollution that we had to suffer through. Also the around the bay tent area there is an awful smell of sewerage which they really need to deal with. I was told that they are going to build a wall and put up trees to help with the noise but that is not going to help anyone that has booked this year. I have written a complaint to them and I have heard absolutely nothing which I think is disgraceful! They obviously do not really care about their clients!!!
