Sansuri Resort Phuket

I stayed alone and felt great. The room was clean, safe, and staff was very caring. Location is super convenient — cafés and shops nearby. Best part: I found eDrive Rental, booked online in 2 minutes, and a brand-new scooter was delivered within 15 minutes — for free! Ideal for a solo traveler.

I’ve rented unit 5C for 6 x months. Super overpriced for what it is (like everything else in Phuket). Everything in the unit is old, beds are terrible, couch is unusable, showers don’t work properly (it is either too hot or too cold), some tiles on floor are loose, so it squeaks when you walk on it. Drawers and cupboards smell of mould. Washing machine is dying. Aircon units are noisy. There are 2 x massive construction sites in front of it, so you have no peace, only on Sundays. You can hear the 2 x mosques near by (from 5:30am). Location is ok, a bit far from the beach for my liking. Positives of the unit: good size, beach view from balcony and 5C has got fly screen on all doors and windows.

An iPhone and cash money disappeared while housekeeping was left in the apartment without our presence. Someone went through our suitcases looking for something of value and opened every envelope we had in our luggage. Such a nightmare to come home to this.
