Can physically not fault this hotel at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our Stay everything about it was perfect from reasonably priced food and drink, the pools were perfect, the location was perfect 10 minute walk away from a little square but perfect entertainment in the hotel. The staff I can not fault especially the ocean breeze staff they were so helpful and kind they could not do enough for you. The view from that bar is unbelievable. I will definitely be back also had a massage which was perfect and so relaxing a perfect end to a hectic week. The only side note I would add is the rooms don’t get cleaned daily but not an issue. How this hotel is 3* I’ve got no idea it was a beautiful week.

We stayed at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club in February and had a fantastic holiday. We were given a beautiful room with an amazing sea view — it was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The staff were absolutely lovely — always helpful, friendly, and professional. We spent a lot of our time travelling around the area, but we also made the most of the pool facilities, which were fantastic. The pool staff were brilliant, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The whole place is extremely well-organised, very clean, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. We had a great experience overall and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay. A small word of caution: as with any holiday destination, sometimes you might come across difficult guests. Unfortunately, we encountered one rude British family during our stay. Thankfully, the pool staff handled the situation wonderfully and sorted everything out quickly — it really made a difference, as dealing with unpleasant people isn’t how we want to spend our holiday time! Magical place, absolutely stunning location. Staff are phenomenal and extra entertainment events are great. Facilities were excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed! Knocking down one star however as we visited off peak and found the apartment to be a little grubby in places upon arrival. Not a huge deal as we didn’t spend too much time in there but we expected better from a large hotel like this.
