This was my second time staying at this hotel for our company’s annual conference in San Jose, and it continues to impress. From the moment you arrive, the staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring your room is always clean and well-maintained. They go above and beyond to meet any needs, making the stay feel seamless and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and feature very comfortable beds, which is a relief after a long day of events. The hotel bar is also a highlight of the stay—offering a friendly atmosphere and exceptional service. The food is top-notch, with the wings, salads, and penne à la vodka being standouts that I highly recommend. Even better than the local restaurants. :) A special shout out to Sudath and Jawed at the bar, who truly made my experience memorable. They were exceptional during my previous stay, and it was a pleasure to see them again. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I’m already looking forward to returning next year and enjoying another fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

★★★★★ Santa Clara Marriott 📍 Location & Surroundings Conveniently situated at 2700 Mission College Blvd, this property is just a 10-minute walk from Levi’s Stadium and California’s Great America, and around 5 miles from San Jose Airport—perfect for catching a game or amusement park visit . It’s well-located for both business and leisure travelers exploring Silicon Valley. 🛏️ Rooms & Suites The rooms are spacious, modern, and tech-friendly, inspired by Silicon Valley aesthetics . Whether it’s a King room with city or pool views or accessible suites with sofa beds, each offers comfy pillow-top mattresses, large smart TVs with streaming, soundproofing, desks, and reliable A/C . Many have balconies or courtyard views, and guests report clean rooms and functioning AC . 👩‍💼 Front Desk & Reception One consistent downside: the check-in area is always packed. Whether you’re arriving, leaving, or just have a quick question, you’re likely to face a long wait. It’s simply always busy at the reception. 🍸 Food & Bar Scene The on‑site bar delivers great food and keeps the energy up well into the night. Reviews consistently praise the lively atmosphere—especially during game days, when post‑game crowds fill the place . Locals also note the bar is “quiet in the wee morning hours” if you stay late . 👍 What Stands Out • Resort-like amenities: large outdoor pool with cabanas, fire pit, fitness center, EV charging, and an M‑Club lounge for Bonvoy elites • Family-friendly touches: connecting rooms, cribs, and wheelchair-accessible options • Cleanliness & comfort: consistently noted across multiple platforms 💡 Overall Take A superb stay for Silicon Valley travelers: strategically located, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent dining and a buzzing bar scene, plus top-tier amenities. Just be ready for the busy front desk—you may want to try mobile check-in or arrive early to skip the queue.

This hotel is near Great America but it is also surrounded by lots of well known businesses and big name companies. This hotel is straight up for business travelers though. I wouldn’t quite call this place family oriented. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to someone who wants a fun vacation or a hotel with family in mind. I don’t think I have seen a single kid here. The only thing I am a fan of is having easy access to a parking lot right outside my room, but that gives you an idea of the room view. Everything costs you money basically. There is no free WiFi, no leniency for late check out, I think you have to pay to park a car here too? The room itself is pricey but there is also lots of add on possible charges. I have stayed before in motels and not a big name chain hotel and they don’t charge as much and can be understanding/lenient. I was excited to stay at a “boujee” hotel but man, this is for the rich business focused people. Next time I come here to San Jose I will look for another hotel. At least this place has soft pillows!
