Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur

I had such a fantastic experience at Santa Grand Signature Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff's hospitality truly stood out—they were incredibly kind, warm, and generous, making me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and I have to say, the hash browns were a standout—crispy, flavorful, and just perfect. The only feedback I’d offer is regarding the gym. It would be great if the gym hours could be extended past 10:30 PM, and for fitness enthusiasts, having heavier dumbbells (up to at least 30kg) and a bench press with 20kg plates would be a fantastic upgrade. That said, everything else was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return. Thank you for the amazing stay! 😊

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The rooftop pool and panoramic city view were standout features, offering a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff were professional and courteous, and the service throughout the stay was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a stylish and convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur.

What a gem of a new hotel. Amazing value for the experience. Modern decor with traditional motifs. Services staff is genuinely kind and helpful. Centrally located. Breakfast buffet is a thoughtful selection that includes the local fare. Room is small but well-designed and the views are great!!
