Santa Hill

I stayed at Santa Hill Hotel in Istanbul for 4 nights and had a great experience overall. The biggest highlight is definitely the location – just a 10-minute walk to Istiklal Street, which makes everything easily accessible. Whether it’s shopping, dining, or exploring, you’re right in the heart of it all. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and totally worth the price for what you get. All the basic necessities are covered, and there's 24/7 hot water and even an elevator, which is a plus. One thing that really stood out was the hospitality of the staff. They were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I had to travel to Antalya for 3 days and asked if they could store my luggage – they kindly agreed and didn’t charge a thing for it. That kind of service really made me feel valued as a guest. While I didn’t try the breakfast, everything else was smooth and pleasant. Location: 10/10 Room: 8/10 Staff hospitality: 10/10 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Istanbul!

First of all, the people running this hotel are very kind and attentive; it was a pleasure to meet them. The location of the hotel puts you at an equal distance from both the main shopping street, Istiklal Caddesi, and the grand old ambassadorial neighbourhood of Şişhane — it's a 5-minute walk to either once you cross the road. The room we stayed in was large, well-equipped, and clean. The air conditioning worked wonderfully well, which was a mercy on the hotter days of our 10-day stay. We would recommend this hotel to others!

The electricity was out for 48 hours, so the heating was out and the room was cold. There were cobwebs everywhere and it didn't look like the pictures. I would not recommend it at all.
