Santa Maria Vetere

Welcome, hospitality, kindness and helpfulness come first. My boyfriend and I had a really good time throughout our stay. We stayed in 2 different rooms, and both rooms were spotless, tidy, modern and fragrant, as were all the rooms. The place is excellent, quiet and the view from the balcony, which overlooks the "Santa Maria vetere" square, is beautiful. The location is strategic, under the house there is a pizzeria, which has good prices and fresh, local products and the owners are very kind, just 150 m away you are on the main road where there are shops, supermarkets, bars and bakeries; a 10 minute walk away is the historic center where we also saw the B&B owner's confetti shop; we found a good welcome from all the local people and we had dinner in a Km0 restaurant where we really enjoyed ourselves. From the ring road you can reach various destinations, from the seafront to the Apulian countryside which leads to the inland villages. I will definitely be back, so see you next time.😌

Prezzi molto competitivi vista la zona in cui si trova. Immobile abbastanza moderno ma in alcuni punti ancora incompleto, spero venga finalizzato al più presto per fare quella ciliegina che manca alla 5ª stella. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile, il Wi-Fi funziona bene. È presente anche un mini bar con prezzi modici.

It is not a bed & breakfast. Room for 2 people of 10m2, without kettle or microwave. The worst thing is the motion sensor camera between bedroom and toilet. I'll correct it after the answer. In fact the room is less than 10m2, perhaps 8 or 6 and when we asked for a kettle we were offered a bottle warmer, which cannot be used if you don't have a bottle.
