Rooms are clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. Staff at the front desk is lovely and helpful. Lobby is nice for waiting. Rooms are cleaned daily. There is a rooftop terrace with views of the city, including Il Duomo. The Galleria and Il Duomo are a 10 minute walk through lovely streets.
Hi… we stayed here for 3 nights…. Location - good Rooms - we had a suite so it was spacious and good Staff - SPECIAL MENTION HERE…. THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION WAS SUPER FRIENDLY… they were so supportive and courteous…. Very very impressed by their behaviour… rarely you got to see such things in todays world…. keep it up
We stayed in the down-the-street apartment associated with the hotel and we absolutely adored it! The apartment was so gorgeous and quiet! We also got to use the hotel’s amenities…the rooftop terrace was so peaceful and had a gorgeous view of the duomo. But to top it all off, Peyman at the front desk was by far the best reception host you could ever ask for! He was so kind and helpful and is really what caused the Santa Marta Suites to stand out above all the other hotels we’ve stayed in.
