On the day of arrival, I called because the address was incorrect and the accommodation couldn't be found. I was told over the phone that the booking hadn't arrived (I had received the confirmation email, so I think their explanation is nonsense), and that they had a booking that would last longer than I did. They blamed Booking.com and asked me to cancel the reservation. They weren't helpful at all and literally kept me at bay through the phone. The operator was only just able to apologize, but I doubt it was sincere. My advice is to stay away from this company!

Apartment bordering on unsanitary. Filled with humidity. Dilapidated kitchen and bathroom don't even deserve a star.
