Santa María Briones

I think this hotel and location was one of the most special and unique hotels I’ve visited. The hotel is small so the receptionist and restaurant servers know who you are and are so helpful. I can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. I went with a party of 5 and we had three rooms. My friend left a jacket and the receptionist knew that it was my friends and gave it to me. They even reserved a larger table for my party to eat breakfast at- without us mentioning anything. These are a few examples of how top notch their service is. Everyone that works at that hotel was so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to bring my parents here.

Such an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, renovated home from the old briones town wall. Everything about the stay was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the architecture is amazing, the Michelin star restaraunt is fantastic, wines in the hotel carefully selected. The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and really made our trip very special. Raquel booked a few of the best winery tours we’ve ever been to. Additionally the village of Briones is so authentic and historic plus in a great location.

Beautiful and very comfortable boutique hotel with modern design in a very quaint medieval village. Excellent and attentive service from all the staff. Fabulous restaurant where the tasting menu guides you through local produce with exceptional cooking… one of the best meals and dining experiences I’ve had in many years exceeding many restaurants with Michelin stars. Highly recommended for a stay or just dinner.
